This section of the site answers most of the questions you may
have regarding your account.
How do I change my Password?
To change your password go to your
page and select the change your password link.
Once at the change password page you need to
enter your old password in the first box along
with your new one in the box below and again
in the box below that in order to confirm
your new password. Once you click change password you will be logged out. You will need to login again
with your new password.
How do I recover a forgotten password?
Click on the forgotten password link on the login page.
You will need to enter your username and email address.
An email will be sent to your registered email account, it will contain a link that you can click on.
When you click on that link it will take you to a page allowing you to enter your new password.
You will enter your new password in the box and again
in the box below to confirm
your new password.
How do I change my e-mail address?
To change your e-mail address go to your
page and select the "change e-mail address" link.
You will then be transported to a page with a text
field containing your current e-mail address (the one you want to change).
To change your address simply delete your current
address and enter your new one.
Then click on the "Change e-mail " button.
Once you have done this you will be re-directed to the front page. On this page
you will see a message informing you that you
have a pending email address change and a link to confirm this.
By clicking this link you will be taken to another page asking for
your new confirmation code. Simply enter the code you recieved in
the email and click confirm. This will update you email address and
show you a confirmation message.
How do I Cancel my Full membership?
If for some reason you feel you no longer wish to be a full member
of the site you can cancel you membership by clicking
here you will require
the transaction number from your confirmation e-mail to
process the cancellation online.
If you don't have your transaction number handy please
contact a member of our
billing team remembering
to include your username and password.
How do I Renew my Full Membership?
Most of our Online transactions are re-occurring in nature
This is done for your convenience as mentioned in our
terms and conditions (section 4.4). Your account will be kept
active until you decide to cancel your account
If you have upgraded by cheque or postal order you will
need to renew your account manually by sending in another
cheque/postal order with an accompanying letter stating
your username and stating that you wish to renew your
current membership on or after the date it is due to expire.
